1. Who we are

La Palabra de Ifá (lapalabradeifa.com, "the Site") is a digital service operated by PINNCOR ("we") that offers study content on the 256 Odù of the Ifá oracle in the Lukumí tradition: prayers, patakis, ebbós, works, proverbs and related material.

2. Nature of the content

The content of the Site is intended for the study, consultation and preservation of the religious tradition of Ifá. It does not replace a consultation with a priest of Ifá (Babalawo), nor does it constitute medical, legal or financial advice. The works and ebbós described are part of a traditional corpus; their performance belongs to those consecrated according to the tradition.

3. Accounts

To access paid content you need an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. The account is personal and non-transferable: sharing access with third parties may result in suspension of the service.

4. Plans and payments

• Aleyo (free): access to the content preview, with advertising.
• Babalawo (subscription): full access while the subscription is active. It renews automatically (monthly, semiannually or annually, as you choose) until you cancel it.
• Awó (one-time payment): lifetime access to the content of the Site, subject to the continued existence of the service.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN); if you pay from the United States, Stripe charges the equivalent in US dollars (USD). Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Founder's price

Accounts that reserve or purchase the founder's price before December 31, 2026 keep that price for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If the subscription is canceled or left unpaid, any later re-subscription is made at the then-current list price.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. The details are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The compilation, writing, organization, design and code of the Site are the property of PINNCOR. The traditional corpus of Ifá belongs to the tradition; our edition and presentation are protected. Copying, mass extraction, redistribution or resale of the Site's content without written authorization is not permitted.

8. Acceptable use

The following are not permitted: attempting to access paid content without the corresponding subscription, interfering with the operation of the Site, using scraping robots, or reselling access.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Site available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the content, the prices (respecting section 5) and these terms; relevant changes will be announced on the Site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to it.
