PINNCOR, responsible for the site lapalabradeifa.com, issues this notice in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

1. What data we collect

• Account: name and email address, and an encrypted password.
• Founder's-price reservations: name, email, and the plan and duration chosen.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive only the status of your subscription and a customer identifier.
• Site metrics: aggregated, anonymous statistics (Cloudflare), with no advertising-tracking cookies.

2. What we use it for

• To give you access to the content according to your plan and keep your session.
• To charge your subscription and apply your founder's price.
• To notify you of matters concerning your account or the service (including the opening of payments if you reserved a founder's price).

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. We understand the religious nature of this site: your membership in it is your own affair.

3. Who it is shared with

Only with the technical providers essential to operate: Supabase (database and accounts), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (site infrastructure), each under its own data-protection guarantees.

4. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection regarding your data, as well as the deletion of your account, by writing to [email protected] from your registered email. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

5. Retention and security

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access rules that prevent the content and data from being read by third parties.

6. Changes to this notice

We will publish any changes here. Continued use of the site after a change implies its acceptance.
